Overview

Boxed was looking to reach a national audience, knowing that many viewers had never heard of their service, and probably didn’t fully understand how it worked. We decided upon a testimonial approach, allowing viewers to hear directly from real world users. Existing customers did an effective job of communicating how the service works as well as the benefits. During the testimonial search, we found so many satisfied customers who wanted to share their experience; it was difficult to choose just five of them.
